You may request a cancellation before activation. After activation, refunds are limited to eligible cases such as non-delivery, duplicate payment, or an essential service fault that our support team cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting. Eligible cases must be reported within 7 days of activation. Please see our Refund Policy or contact support for a review.

Subscription details are normally sent after payment confirmation, but some orders may require additional verification and can take up to 12 hours. Check your spam folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If nothing arrives, contact support with your order details.

You need a stable internet connection, a compatible device such as a Smart TV, streaming box, smartphone, tablet or computer, and a supported IPTV application. Higher picture quality requires a faster and more stable connection.

Channel availability depends on your selected plan, location and provider updates. Contact support before ordering if you need a particular local, news or sports channel so availability can be checked.

You can install the service on compatible devices, but each connection allows one active stream at a time. To watch simultaneously on multiple devices, choose a plan or add-on with the required number of connections.
