After activation, refunds are limited to eligible cases such as non-delivery, duplicate payment, or an essential service fault that our support team cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting. Eligible cases must be reported within 7 days of activation. Please review our Refund Policy or contact support with your order details.

After your payment is confirmed, activation is typically completed within 5–10 minutes. Your subscription details are then sent to you by email or WhatsApp. If you have not received them after that time, please contact support.

Yes. The number of simultaneous streams depends on the plan you purchase. A 1 Connection plan supports 1 device at a time, a 2 Connections plan supports up to 2 devices at the same time, and a 3 Connections plan supports up to 3 devices at the same time.
