These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IPTV Door website and services. By placing an order or using a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information when ordering. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and permitted use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, restream, redistribute, copy or publicly broadcast the service. One connection permits one active stream at a time unless your plan includes additional connections.

Devices, internet and availability

Playback quality depends on your device, app, location and internet connection. You are responsible for compatible equipment and internet costs. Scheduled maintenance, provider changes or events outside our control may occasionally interrupt availability.

Orders, activation and payments

Plan details, price, duration and number of connections are shown before purchase. Access is delivered using the contact information provided with the order. Prices and available plans may change for future purchases.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Requests made before activation may be cancelled. After activation, refunds are limited to eligible cases such as non-delivery, duplicate payment or an essential service fault that our support team cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for account sharing beyond the purchased connections, misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms.

Third-party services

Apps, devices, payment processors and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. IPTV Door is not responsible for a third party’s separate service or availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
